J Street Front Entrance

For most vendors, the front entrance on J Street is the most convenient access point.

Vendors may use the nearby two-hour metered parking spaces while unloading.

Door Dimensions:
93" High × 35.5" Wide

This entrance is recommended for vendors whose setup areas are located near the main event spaces.

9th Avenue Loading Door

The 9th Avenue entrance has a yellow curb designated for unloading. Temporary double parking with hazard lights on is also acceptable while actively unloading.

Door Dimensions:
82" High × 63" Wide

Please move vehicles promptly after unloading so the area remains accessible to other vendors.

8th Avenue Loading Zone

An additional loading zone is available on 8th Avenue, across from the Fire Station.

Vendors may unload in this area and roll equipment to the J Street front entrance.

Dollies & Wagons

SDLA will have a limited number of dollies and wagons available to assist with load-in and load-out. These will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you have your own dolly, wagon, or other transport equipment, we encourage you to bring it to help ensure a smooth setup experience.

Important Venue Rules

No tape of any kind may be used on wood surfaces or concrete floors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Gaffer tape
• Painter's tape
• Masking tape
• Double-sided tape
• Duct tape
• Adhesive floor markers

Please use approved, non-adhesive alternatives for securing cords, signage, décor, or equipment.

Vendor Planning Notes

• Please confirm that all equipment, displays, carts, and cases will fit through your selected entrance before arrival.
• Vendors are encouraged to bring their own carts, dollies, or wagons whenever possible.
• While SDLA will provide a limited number of dollies and wagons, availability is not guaranteed.
